What's in Season For February?
Can you feel the love in the air? We’ve got a new list of delicious zero waste recipes for the month of February. Even though this month lacks in days, there’s no lacking in flavours in produce!
For this month, we have chosen bananas, grapefruit, beets, and parsnips as the select ingredients for creative cooking. These are all great ingredients since there are little things that are overlooked (such as the peels of the fruits and the tops of root veg), which can perfectly complement these recipes.
